The rest of the Visionary Leader program can be filled while following a CEOs normal responsibilities.  A weekend or week long retreat with recemended teachers may be highly suggested before starting the CEO program, even for the busiest of CEOs.

There is no other program in existence like Visionary Leader.  This is a maverick program that holds your hand through the process of inner and outer change connecting you to the best resources available (yourself) and when you are ready others.  Without the inner change, going beyond one’s best and perhaps even the world’s best in a current field is simply not possible.  Foundation work is critical and can take longer than the full program (I,II,III, IV over 9 months).  Or it could be shorter.  That depends on you.  Some applicants may have many years of meditation practice giving them a notable advantage over others and others may be new to conscious meditation but nevertheless gifted, disciplined and committed enough to make a great difference.

Nathalie Ishizuka

Nathalie started learning about the mind at its best and happiness working for her father Dr. Yukio Ishizuka (a Harvard trained Japanese psychiatrist, McKinsey Consultant and former director of Mergers and Acquisitions) since the age of 12.    She later studied business, negotiation and international affairs taking classes such as Managing Innovation, and Coordination, Control, and the Management of Organizations at Harvard Business School and the winter Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law.

Nathalie has an MBA from HEC Paris and a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.  After successfully completing the first year of a Ph.D. program in Organizational Behavior and Industrial Relations at the Haas School of Business on full scholarship going there to apply an assumption about fear to economics (Oliver Williamson, Noble Prize Economics), she left academia to pursue her interest in organizations, health, and technology by directly working with innovative firms, including starting her own.

To learn hands on, Nathalie started in business school an incubator for startups working with VC, law firms, top 5 consulting firms and young startups.  Enjoying work with innovative individuals, companies, entrepreneurs, engineers, and scientists, she founded a small innovative company to teach herself about promoting health through entertainment and technology.   The small new media agency attracted the interest of Jacques Seguela one of the most known publicists and creative agency head in France.  Warner music called to inquire whether the firm could promote Madonna as a first client.  Warner music and France Telecom became the firm’s main clients.

Nathalie was about to start a third most promising firm to finance her ideas about health and happiness with a MIT engineer but life events interestingly took her on a most different and memorable route far from a corporate career.

McKinsey Strategy Thinking and a Zen Approach on Happiness

“My father trained me in the methods of McKinsey thinking,” says Nathalie who met more than once Marvin Bower, the founder of McKinsey at her parents dinner parties.   Her father who had worked for Marvin Bower revered him.   “I know that to make a profound difference a consultant has to gain the respect and ear of the CEO.  In a short amount of time, there has to be a bottom line.   That is why I want to focus on CEOs as they are the one’s who can change the direction, tone and culture of a company and can impact far more than the bottom line.

She wants to work with CEOs because she believes they are well positioned to change themselves and this world far beyond anything we have ever experienced.
