RELEASE - LOVE - CREATE WITH JOY
FOCUS : THIS IS YOUR MOMENT
The corona virus is a gift in disguise. It forces each of us to stop our endless movement and look within at our truth. This historical moment taking place all over the earth, allows us to see how we are united, and what and who is important to us.
We are asked to let go of all else. To focus on the now. To look within at our inner beauty and to re-create a new life based only on what is important. To not cling to anything, to anyone, including our possessions, our ego's, emotions and thoughts. We are not even to hold on to our past professions nor stories about who we thought we were; we are to let all go, we are to love, to live with joy and create only what is most aligned with our spirit now.
It is a rare and historic opportunity preparing us for a very new and different world. It is a timely gift - and a temporary one - so use this precious time NOW. Use your time to do what is joyful - what you have always wanted to do or be. Be it now. And do it in full consciousness and joy. Grateful that you have everything that is important within ; and allow all else to gracefully flow.
#1. Release Emotions as They Arise
A cup can not be filled before it is emptied. For those who do not know how to meditate or let go of negative thoughts or emotions, a simple way to release emotions is to act much like a two year old having a tantrum. Two year olds don't think about events for hours like we do. They don't sulk. They release immediately negative energy and couldn't care less who it disturbs. But it is released, over, FINI.
Do as they do. Except one thing, don't do it in public (or they will put you away) and don't release on other people (or they will avoid you and return the negative energy to you or someone else!).
So if you are feeling strong emotions, you will need to express them physically to release rather than store them in the body. Cry if you need to cry. Let go of fear, express your anger -- (except perhaps the scream) with your body as if you were one of those All Black Rugby Players doing the haka. Watch the link in the video if you forgot how they do the trick.
Notice their tongues. They pull them out which tends to externalize fear. Notice screams and tensions in their arms (try silent screams not to frighten the family and neighbors!). Keep all the physical movements just like the all Black team. Nothing less.
Let it go. Send your anger, frustration and fear like that out. Do it several times until you feel faint. Do it right when you are upset. You can do it in your bedroom, car or restroom. Just don't release on your spouse, kids, or colleagues as it will only get them to return the same or to unleash negative energy on others. Next, IMMEDIATELY, follow directions for "Consant Love" in the window on the right.
#2. Send Love Inside Above the Heart
Then what does a two year old do after a tantrum? After there is literally not a tear left in his or her body, and they have embarrassed you to no end, they go and hug their mom or dad.
So we have to be a mother to ourselves. We have to do this second part or else the fear, the anger, the frustration will only come back at a later date stronger.
How? Just above the physical heart there is a sweet spot in yoga. In that spot you can connect to your physical body, to energy, to your emotions, to your thoughts, and spirit. Send unconditional love INSIDE that spot.
You can put your hand on that area if it helps you. Do so until you feel the vibration of love entering your body and releasing all tensions. This will help you tremendously and your family living in a confined space. You will feel GREAT.
Remember, a cup can not be filled if it is full.
If you have tensions inside, fear, anger, frustration, you can not add love on top of it. Love in such a climate can not be a band-aid. You must first empty fully YOUR cup before you can receive love. You must EVACUATE the negative energy first or you can not send love. It simply won't go inside. There is no room for it.
RELEASE negative emotions using your kids TANTRUM method and please do not yell at family members or colleagues as that only shifts the negative energy to another family member (for a short time) or person. They will in turn be sure to share it with others and it will get back to you tenfold! (as you well know!)
2020 : A YEAR TO RELEASE EMOTIONS EFFECTIVELY
THIS YEAR YOGI'S KNOW IS THE YEAR. It is a year where the earth's vibrations are changing so rapidly that we know the whole earth is transforming. The EARTH is vibrating at such high levels, that even those who may not meditate may feel it. Everything else has transformed, only human beings are left!
Due to these higher vibrations and the need for us to change, all human EMOTION will rise up in each of our personal and collective lives. This means, that anything you have not dealt with in the past, any emotion you have not expressed or resolved, will rise up within. Within you and all those around you !!!!
These emotions will need to be safely released and replaced with your own love sent within (just above the heart center) or else the same emotion will return again and stronger over and over again until you have resolved it.
This means both in our personal lives and in the world at large we may see increased anger, fear, sadness and violence. It is our responsibility to take care of ourselves first; to fix ourselves first that is to allow no sadness, fear or anger within ourselves to go unresolved.
Think of it as an emergency in an airplane. Before you help even your child putting on his or her emergency oxygen mask, you are FIRST to put on your OWN.
Or else you will just be part of the collective problem and of no help at all to your child or to anyone.
When we experience emotions such as anger, sadness or fear (and we will as life events or our reaction to them will trigger them) we are not to repress them. We are to express them, but not directly on others [or the negativity will return to us!].
We are to do as explained in the #1 and #2 method above and on the release segment of this websie (these are things even a two year old can do). No advanced meditation technique is needed. IF you forget what to do --- simply watch your neighbor's two year old and watch closely. He or she is a master of the game. We can be too!
DO NOT RELEASE NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ON OTHERS EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE FULLY 100% JUSTIFIED. THE NEGATIVITY WILL RETURN TO YOU.
START the first 10 to 15 minutes of the day in pure joy.
You are Alive : Smile
Start the Day with a Smile.
Physically sit up in bed and SMILE. You have one more day to live as you have always wanted. Today is that day.
Close your eyes and before you look to see what Trump is up to or the latest body count in your country, sit up in your bed and send love just above the physical heart.
Send yourself so much love, that your day begins in BLISS. IN JOY. SMILE.
Be grateful you are alive, be grateful for all that you have.
Start Day in Focus
Close your eyes and before you look to reach for your phone in the morning and see what Trump is up to or the latest body count in your country from the corona virus, STOP.
Sit up in your bed and send love just above the physical heart. Send yourself so much love, that your day begins in BLISS. IN JOY. SMILE. Be grateful you are alive, be grateful for all that you have.
If you want visualize your perfect day or something you love (could be a place or you playing a tennis match or whatever it is that brings joy) and as you visualize it continue to send love just above your physical heart inside your body.
Start the day high on life. Put your alarm on in case you have to be somewhere as you just might get sidetracked with something far better!
In time, you may not want to do anything else or be anywhere else.
Experience the Heart
Send love 24/24 during the day inside your heart. This may be hard at first but if you are creative you will find ways to help you.
You may also get sleepy due to the high energy. That is ok, rest!
One way that helps me to remember to send love inside during the day (while I am working at my computer) is to use the app Time Out. You can set a 15 second break every 15 minutes. And a five minute break every hour. During that break time, you can look away from your screen or close your eyes and send love inside. This is good for your spirit and good for your eyes and concentration! You can of course exit a break if needed.
Before you go to sleep at night, review your day for 5-10 minutes. What was the most beautiful or enjoyable experience of the day? What did you learn? Re-live joy. Be grateful. What was less than perfect? How could you have coped with it better? Visualize a better more loving solution . Send love to the heart. Forgive yourself. Learn from mistakes. Go to bed in JOY.
As soon as you are awake, before opening even your eyes, SMILE. Give thanks that another day to explore life exists. Then send love inwards just above the physical heart. Not the word love, but the vibration love. Send it to your physical body, your energy body, your emotions, your thoughts, your spirit. All of you.
See if you can spend at least 15 minutes first thing in the morning doing this and send the vibrations of joy throughout the body. At first you may feel nothing, but with practice you will increase your energy.
Try to keep this feeling, this high or bliss AT THE SAME LEVEL throughout the day.
In the evening, do another 15 minute meditation, reviewing your day and sending the vibration of love inwards.
Hard to Focus?
Take walks outside in nature. Clear the air. Practice concentration for even 15 seconds at a time. Be silent. Concentration or focus is a muscle. It needs to be exercised. The only time to exercise it is NOW.
Don't say you don't have enough time to focus. "You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson and Albert Einstein."
