Join our “Advanced Yoga Practices, Meditation and You” Singapore Classes and put your mind on “silent mode.”   Integrating asana (posture) practice with pranayama and meditation, Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) covers all of the eight limbs of yoga.  Advanced Yoga Practices by Yogani focuses on deep meditation right from the start so that moments of silence can enter your daily life and routine and permeate your life.

The system includes practices that can be taken on by people who are new to yoga and takes people all the way through, to gradually build up an advanced level yoga practice including samyama.

The initial stages of practice focus on deep meditation.  AYP is a particularly strong and effective approach where advanced stages can be reached by practicing for short durations twice daily.  It is suited for busy individuals and yogis of all levels, including yoga teachers.

Have you ever wanted to go beyond your best buDeDt had no idea how (and working more hours is not getting you there)?  Do you ever wish you could put your mind on “silent mode” or experience your life once again with the joy, excitement and care free spirit of a child?

If so this workshop is for you.

Originally taught only to visionary leaders in their fields, Nathalie is today teaching meditation occasionally to the general public when sponsored by visionary yoga studios.

“My dream is to see a world with an additional 10, 100 or 1000 people in each country who meditate at higher levels and experience a competence in one field of expertise where they go far beyond a previous best.  This includes artists, CEOs, doctors, scientists, engineers, diplomats, homemakers and world leaders.  “Such an individual and collective journey may be just enough to transform ourselves and our world,” says Ishizuka.

This is a basic foundation series of workshops for people who believe “they just can’t meditate,” but are motivated to go beyond their best.

What you Will Learn through the Four Class Series:

  • A simple 20 minute meditation + 5/10 minute Rest to go Beyond your Best
  • Simple Pranyama (5-10 minutes) to Eliminate blockages in Your Life & Improve Meditation Effectiveness

Each step builds on the other.  You can join at any time and learn the practices in any session, but will be recommended to only practice each step one at a time before adding another level on your own self practice.

The practices taught are based on Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) by Yogani, a method taught to thousands of beginners and practiced by advanced yogis around the globe.

Advanced Yoga Practices Meditation 90 Minutes Private Launch Workshop Singapore or Anywhere (Skype)

SIT WITH ME  Individual 90 Minute Private Meditation Workshop, Offered only Once, $250 US or $350 SGD.  Sometimes, we just need our hand held for the first time to launch a lifetime of meditation.  Only one Lesson Needed to Get Started.  You will be provided with resources to continue on your own using the best available internet resources already there for you.

This makes it an economical choice for a lifetime of meditation.  

The first time I had a seated meditation I was with a Tibetain lama, a man who had meditated two times in an enclosed box for 49 days without light (this is a bit extreme), but sitting there for my first 20 and then 40 minute meditation with him and a small group of others convinced me that sitting for 20 minutes was not so hard.  If you have a limited budget, but just need to go through it once with someone doing the practice or have doubts that you can sit for 20 minutes, the one shot may be the right selection for you.  The first step is always the hardest as we step into the unknown.  I would like to make this step a beautiful moment.  I will also give you information on resources for you to continue meditation on your own with the best resources available on the net.

My Recommendation to Start :

Go to a Yoga Studio for a Drop in Class at the cost of $30 or so dollars and sit down and do the meditation.  If you have more questions see when the next class may be given.   These may be given only once a week so don’t miss it!

If you are a private type of person or the group session does not fit your schedule and prefer an individual 2 hour session then see if the teacher has time for a one private 2 hour session.  This is enough to get you started with the resources available on the net.   The benefit of this meditation is tremendous and the best investment you can make.

Naturally, there is more time for individual concerns and questions in the individual setting but you could always go to several group drop in classes and ask your general questions as they arise in the group setting.

Nathalie has studied raja yoga in intense training with a teacher for the last seven years never missing a day of meditation.  She also practices in Singapore hatha with Vikram, pranayama in an Indian temple with Nikam Yoga, and is an “Isha meditator” (Sadhguru). She has notions of Zen, Qigong and Tibetain Buddhism.  She has tested many different meditations to ensure people the simplest and most effective manner to begin and to progress to deeper levels.

Having met profound individuals from different paths, Nathalie recognizes that there are many paths to the human spirit.  Her strength is joy and her ability to help individuals do what they love most in a way that can benefit themselves and others.
